PremiumStaff Agency was established in 2022 by Muntaha Mohamed and Abdullah Md, Ph.D., who were both committed to pioneering new ideas in the staffing industry. Success may be assessed in more ways than just financial gain. Everybody wins when qualified people are able to get satisfying employment. PremiumStaff's leadership bases all of its decisions on the company's ethos of care.

Chief Executive Officer

Muntaha Mohamed

Muntaha Mohamed is not only the founder of PremiumStaff Agency, Inc., but also the current CEO of the company. Muntaha began his professional career in 2012 in Des Plaines, Chicago, working as a salesperson for Verizon Communication Inc. Since then, he has held the responsibilities of team leader, researcher, and branch manager prior to co-founding PremiumStaff Agency, Inc.

As president of the company, Muntaha Mohamed is the driving force behind SpicaForce, Inc. In addition to his work as a web developer for Deloitte, he has done similar work for a number of well-known accounting firms and employment consultancies. Kocaeli University granted Muntaha a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.

Abdullah MD, PhD

Abdullah MD, Ph.D., is the co-founder and chief financial officer of PremiumStaff Agency, Inc. In the years before he co-founded PremiumStaff, Abdullah worked his way through the academic ranks at Taylors University Malaysia, first as a teaching assistant and then as a lecturer.

Abdullah has a BA in Business Administration from Coventry University, where he focused on finance. He then attended Malaysia's INCEIF University to get his master's. He has a Ph.D. in corporate finance from Malaysia's Taylors University. Before starting PremiumStaff, he served as a chief financial officer for a number of other companies. In addition, he is the founder and CEO of Study Globally Private Limited in Bangladesh.

Numan A. Kader

PremiumStaff Agency, Inc. is led by Numan A., one of its co-founders and the company's Managing Directors. Before he co-founded PremiumStaff, Numan A. was an assistant manager for StudyGlobally, Ltd., and then an accounts manager for SpicaForce, Inc.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville awarded Numan A. a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a concentration in managerial accounting. The CPA is in his sights, and he must rush to catch up. He started his career as an English teacher at a Malaysian elementary school and then worked as an assistant dispatcher for KTM United, Inc. before he founded PremiumStaff Agency, Inc.
